Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in the original Larroudé box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.

Ship the Item

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our distribution center.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
